Alto Variants Receive Upgrades Amid Price Hike
Pak Suzuki Motor Company has raised car prices by up to Rs120,000, citing enhancements in the Suzuki Alto lineup aimed at improving safety and comfort. The new prices have taken effect from February 25, 2025.
In an official statement, the company reaffirmed its commitment to quality:
“All variants of the Suzuki Alto have been upgraded to meet customer expectations, ensuring enhanced safety, comfort, and reliability.”
Revised Prices for Suzuki Alto & Ravi Pickup
Under the new pricing structure:
- Alto VXR MT now costs Rs2,827,000 (↑ Rs120,000).
- Alto VXR AGS is priced at Rs2,989,000 (↑ Rs95,000).
- Alto VXL AGS now sells for Rs3,140,000 (↑ Rs95,000).
- Suzuki Ravi Pickup price has increased to Rs1,956,000 (↑ Rs100,000).
Car Sales Surge by 73% in Pakistan
Despite rising prices, car sales in Pakistan jumped 73% month-on-month (MoM) to 17,010 units, according to the latest data from the Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA).
Every year, sales of passenger cars, jeeps, and pickups surged 61% compared to the same month last year, reflecting strong market demand.

While price hikes pose challenges for consumers, the demand for vehicles remains strong, driven by market trends and improving economic conditions. The upgraded Suzuki Alto variants aim to provide better safety and driving experience, reinforcing Pak Suzuki’s position in Pakistan’s automotive market.
